A fun little clay kit!I love the bright, vibrant colors and different unicorns you can make! The clay texture is soft, and didn’t dry too quickly. It was easy to use and didn’t really make a mess which is a huge plus! We had fun creating the unicorns, even without using the app.The app was an easy download and took less than five minutes to get up and running. I love how it brings the characters to life, helps you create, and gives you plenty of future projects!It’s a great concept overall, and between the app and clay- a great buy! So fun.

Diese knete ist ne Mischung aus Ton und normaler Knete. Allerdings ist sie super leicht was wirklich ungewöhnlich ist.Das beste, man kann sie trockenen lassen und dann als Figuren /gebilde weiter nutzen. Sie ist dann immer noch recht flexibel, wo normale knete bröckeln und zerbrechen würde. Keine Ahnung was das genau für ein Material ist, aber da es beim Großen Supermarkt mit 4 Buchstaben für Treuepunkte rausgehauen wird, sollte es unbedenklich für die Kinder sein. Gibt ja auch no Name Produkte die ähnlich beschrieben werden, wo ich mich nicht ran traue.Was mir nicht gefällt ist die app.Also nicht falsch verstehen, die Anleitungen sind top, die Animation auch, aber nur wenige frei geschaltet und die anderen kosten extra. Das kann dann richtig ins Geld gehen, da man die Figurenanleitung einzeln kaufen muss, bis auf die, wo man das Set zu hat.Da das ja irgendwo dazu gehört, ziehe ich hierfür einen Punkt ab.

Braucht etwa paar stunden um erstmal leicht Trocken zu werden, nach 24 Stunden ist es Trocken, und Trocknet auch weiter und wird härter,Ich habe mir noch ein Buch bei rewe geholt, das Prinzip ist immer gleichMan macht kugeln aus der Knete, und daraus baut man Figuren, also erst Zilynder oder je nach dem und dann wird es verformt.Alles Knallige Neonfarben,Die Nachteileich hätte mir viel mehr Knete gewünscht,und dazu die Grundfarben, Rot, Blau, usw.

Die Hey Clay "Knete" lässt sich sehr gut verarbeiten und klebt nicht. Sie ist ungiftig und hinterlässt keine Flecken. Die Farben leuchten intensiv, was sehr schöne Modelle erlaubt.Der größte Vor- ist auch der größte Nachteil: Die Knete härtet schnell aus und lässt sich danach nicht mehr verarbeiten. Das bedeutet, dass die "Kunstwerke" permanent sind, und man nicht wie bei klassischer Knete die Teile wieder zusammenrollen und neu verarbeiten kann. Dafür kann man aber mit den Figuren danach richtig spielen.Bei kleineren Kindern sollte man aufpassen, alle Knetreste schnell wieder luftdicht zu verpacken.Jedes Set hat eine eigene Anleitung exklusiv in einer App, die man per QR-Code freischalten kann. Man bekommt auch nur diese eine Anleitung, und sie liegt nicht in gedruckter Form bei. Das sollte man beachten, wenn man die Screen Time der Kleinen beschränken möchte.Insgesamt gebe ich 4 Sterne für das innovative Konzept bei doch recht hohem Preis sowie App-Zwang.

Die HEY CLAY Knete kommt bei den Kindern richtig gut an! Sie feiern es total und spielen sehr gerne damit. Besonders beliebt ist es, Kugeln zu formen und sie springen zu lassen – macht richtig Spaß.Ein kleiner Punkt: Die Knete trocknet etwas schnell aus, aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm und lässt sich gut einplanen. Insgesamt eine tolle Knete für kreative Kinder, klare Kaufempfehlung! 🎨👍

This was a perfect little gift for my daughter for christmas. She really loves playing with clay and kinetic sand. This clay was easy to mold and shape and fairly easy to clean up as far a clay goes. This was super fun for her as she loves anything unicorn. The colors looked really good and had a nice variety. The clay dried really nicely after she made what she wanted and she even made some cute figurines into earrings for herself. This is slightly cheaper than the big brands so its a good deal to get. My daughter has fun playing and being creative and silly with this. Perfect for kids!!

My daughter and I had a lot of fun following the easy and clear instructions to make the platypus. I am impressed with the app and how well the instructions are laid out.My daughter was so excited for her toy to harden and to be able to play with it. However, as it hardened over the next day or two, the legs and feet seemed to loosen and began to fall off. I am surprised and disappointed. The main reason I was excited for this product was to have a permanent finished project to play with.It is possible I might not have stuck the parts on hard enough, but the instructions mentioned nothing about that, and I am not sure how we could have stuck them harder without changing the shape of our creation.If you are not looking to dry your creations and keep them, this product is amazing. I love the softness of the clay and how easy it is to mold.

If you’re not into app-based toys, or if your kid doesn’t have a device, that’s a headache right from the start. I also didn’t love that the app pushes pretty hard for you to make an account, even though you can technically skip it.The tools they assume you’ll have—like a sculpting tool or even a pencil—aren’t included. The clay sticks to the pencil lead, so using something metal works better. Older kids will probably handle the guided steps easily, but younger ones may struggle to make the shapes look like the pictures without help.Overall, the clay quality is great and the animals are cute, but the app-only instructions and missing tools hold it back. Good activity if you’re okay with the tech requirement; not ideal if you want something straightforward out of the box.

My daughter just turned six years old and she has been getting more into arts and crafts so I thought this would be a perfect fun project for her to do and she loved it! We set up the table with all the clay and her tablet so she could follow along with the instructions which I have to say were great and easy for her to follow along with.The clay itself is not sticky or messy, it’s nice and soft and easy for her to play around with and figure out the shapes she needs to make and build it together before it dries. It comes with all the colors you need in order to build the characters on the box and once she assembled them and let them dry she now has them displayed in her room! I love that this is an activity my daughter can do on her own while I get things done around the house and it comes with visual walkthrough instructions for her.

I gotta be honest, I don't love this. I got two sets at the same time. One was a unicorn and then I got these fish-They look like a higher end craft set, and the positive is that theres multiple colors in these canisters so you can create the advertised animals. The annoying part is that its really kind of just an overpriced boutique version of crayola model magic air dry clay that is portioned out and packaged nicer AND it requires you to download this app so you can do the step by step creation of the clay animals. Idk about you buy the kids I have that are at the age of wanting to do crafts like this aren't on the internet and don't have cell phones so this means they need to use my cell phone to do step by step crafting-the instructions could have been printed in a little booklet and they could do this on their own because there's nothing proprietary on the app. It's slides showing to grab some clay and shape it and where to stick it, but it isn't a person doing it. It's like a drawing, so you have no idea of how big these pieces should be. When we made our first animal it was really disproportionate because of this. It's a nicely put together product but the app is extremely unnecessary and this is over priced for what it is.

My 11-year-old son really likes the Hey Clay Air Dry Clay Kits. This Birds set is the second one that he's gotten, so we already had the app set up. We just needed to go to the app, select a locked character, and then scan the QR code provided inside the box. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a bonus code for full access to all the characters in the app for a month. The app is essential for following the easy, step-by-step visual instructions, since no printed guide is included.The air-dry clay is great quality and has a soft, airy texture that is easy to work with. This set gives all the clay needed to make the 6 birds shown on the side of the box: a penguin, ara parrot, dove, pheasant, peacock and toucan. There are 6 colors of clay, but my son needed to mix colors to make two extra colors for the peacock. After he was done making the 6 birds, plenty of clay was left over to make his own creations. I appreciate the plastic storage containers to keep the clay fresh.These fun and creative kits keep my son entertained, and we will definitely be getting more in the future. Recommend.

No need for an oven, this clay air dries. It feels light and dries nicely. This would make a fun art gift for any age at a reasonable price. The clay dries nicely and feels durable enough so it wont fall apart. Keep in mind you will need to download an app to get to the tutorial on how to make the displayed creatures. Or you can make your own and use your imagination.
