Shipping Policy
This SHIPPING POLICY sets out the terms and conditions on which we ship and deliver the Products ordered through our online store. It is an integral part of, and shall be read together with, the PRODUCT PURCHASE AGREEMENT, the REFUND POLICY and the TERMS OF USE.
1. Order processing
Your order placement shall be completed when you pay for it and we confirm that your payment has been processed successfully. Otherwise, you have not placed any order and we have no obligation to take any actions regarding such order.
Upon successful placement of an order, we will process it for up to 3 business days. If you do not receive any information about our inability to perform your order within that time, your order shall be treated as accepted.
2. Order shipment
All your orders placed with us will be delivered to you from different countries, depending on the delivery address you provided while placing an order. It is at our sole discretion to choose the country from which your order will be delivered to you.
When you are placing an order and depending on the delivery address and country of delivery, you will be provided with the shipping service provider we are working with and who may deliver your order to your delivery address. We do not have physical shops or collection points, due to that you have to choose the shipping service provider to complete your order. Otherwise you will be unable to complete, pay and place an order and we will be unable to accept it, deliver and sell the Products to you.
Our obligations to deliver an order shall be fulfilled at the moment when we hand over the Products you ordered to the respective shipping service provider you chose. The tracking number issued by such shipping service provider will serve as evidence of performance of our obligations to deliver the Products.
3. Shipping costs
Your shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the shipping service provider you chose. The exact amount you should pay for the delivery of the Products will be indicated and shown to you before completion of the order placement process. You may reject such costs and expenses by cancelling and not proceeding with an order placement.
Your further placement of an order (completion of an order placement process) will constitute your acceptance of and agreement on the price for the Products, shipping costs and any other import tax and customs payments you may be obliged to pay depending on the legislation of the country to which your order shall be delivered.
Shipping costs you paid in connection with your original order are non-refundable.
4. Delivery time
We are unable to provide you with an exact delivery time, as it is not under our control. It depends on the shipping service provider you chose and other circumstances. Any delivery time you may or will see on our website, mobile application, when you are placing an order, on order details, or otherwise, is an estimated delivery time provided for informational purposes only, and may be changed at any time, without any obligation on our side to comply with it.
5. Taxes, customs duties and clearance
Prices for the Products, whether indicated on the website, social media, mobile applications, in the cart during the order process, or in the orders accepted, do not include any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or any fees for customs clearance in the country of delivery, if there are any. You should check this by yourself before placing an order to understand which additional costs you may bear in connection with placing an order or its delivery to you.
You are fully responsible for all customs procedures and payment of all duties, taxes and fees which may be applicable to your order or parcel sent to you with the items you ordered. We are not responsible for any parcels returned as a result of or in connection with unpaid duties, taxes, fees, or your inability to pass through any customs formalities that may take place. You will not be eligible to claim and/or receive any refunds in each such case.
6. Who ships the Products to you
Depending on the shipping address you indicate when placing an order, the Products will be sold and dispatched to you by one of our legal entities as follows:

7. Restricted territories
We do not sell, deliver, dispatch or accept an order, and may make unavailable the whole or part of our online stores (or respective functionality), to countries which are under restrictions due to any applicable laws, rules and regulations imposed by any country where we are operating. It includes, but is not limited to, the following countries: Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, North Korea and the Crimea region and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, Afghanistan, the Russian Federation.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our REFUND POLICY.
