What I received: box containing 5 tubs of clay: two purple, 1 white, and two black. A small sheet of Minion pictures and a small sheet with the QR code to connect to the instructions. A clay cutting and grooving tool.I ordered this as a stocking stuffer for a 9-year-old that loves creating with clay. And Minions. Win-win.The clay has no odor. The cups seal nicely.I think this will be a winner on Christmas Day.The only negative, and why it loses one star, the instructions are online and only available for 30 days from the first look. For kids that like to create and smash, then create again. The 30 days are a problem. For those who like to create and let the clay dry to make a statue, the limited time will not bother them.There are six sets in the series: Evil Minion (the one I ordered), Bob & Tim, Dave & Fluffy, Kevin, Otto, and Stuart. They are a bit pricier than I would like, but I imagine that is because of the licensing for the Minion trademark.
Our kids love the Minions, so this was the perfect set for them!The included clay is just the right consistency to build with right out of the package, and the included instructions made it super easy to make a Minion like the one shown on the package. The end result was super fun, and the level of effort was just right for a five year old with a little supervision. Once dry, it's sturdy, and looks great on display!

Yes, HEY CLAY is absolutely safe for children because it is non-toxic and certified according to the Toy Safety Standards and Directives.
It usually takes 24 hours for clay to completely harden, although the timing depends on the clay thickness and environmental conditions.
You can soften it by kneading it. This should help restore its pliability.
The characters look like they were made by a very talented artist. Is it really possible to create something similar?
If you add water to the clay, the color pigments may dissolve and leave stains, so we don't recommend it. However, such stains can be easily removed with a wet cloth.
